Zinfandel Blanc De Noir – Biltmore Estate Winery
Tonight’s wine is the Zinfandel Blanc De Nior enjoyed at the Wine bar at Biltmore Estate Winery paired with the cheese and charcuterie plate. Vibrant and crisp with sweet tropical fruit aromas and delicate berry flavors. A refreshing hydrating Rosè which complimented well the cheese and charcuterie.
Spiker Dude – Slightly Askew Winery
Tonight’s wine is Spiker Dude from Slightly Askew Winery in North Carolina’s Yadkin Valley. A Pinot Gris with heavy notes of coconut. Slightly Askew is “not your typical winer” in Elkin, N.C, offering some extremely unique blends with really fun names.

It’s not wine, but on this cold night we’re enjoying some decaf coffee with a shot of Carolina Cream from Six and Twenty Distillery. Rum with natural cream flavoring and bourbon whiskey.
