Cyser is a mead fermented with apple juice – combination of a mead and cider.
Local Wildflower honey fermented with North Carolina apple cider.
Color of bright gold. Sunshine in a bottle.
Still, showing no carbonation.
Nose of a cold slice of apple pie and cinnamon.
Full bodied mouthfeel with the sweetness of a mead blending with the tartness of an Cider.
Complex flavor profile with crisp notes of apples and sweet undertones of wildflower honey, showing a depth of baking spices with subtle hints of citrus.
